A complete process in a single machine

The TRIO FLOW was created to simplify and optimize the work of operators, concentrating all the fundamental operations required during the turbocharger overhaul in a single system.

In the initial phase, it allows you to check and correct the imbalances of the rotating parts, ensuring a correct mechanical basis for subsequent processes. Subsequently, it allows the dynamic behavior of the rotating group to be verified at high speeds, simulating operating conditions very close to real ones.

The final dynamic flow phase allows the overall performance of the turbocharger to be validated through objective and repeatable measurements, offering the operator a complete picture of the component's condition.

Realistic simulation of operating conditions
